The new fiscal year for the Association begins in December 1st. The Board has approved a budget for this new fiscal year with an increase of 6.25% for residential units. Your budget packet should be out shortly for your review and a newsletter blurb will be included to explain the increase in assessments. The rain is already challenging the project to get the Kettner side completed. Since we expect more rain this week and to keep the project rolling we are going to jump over to the A street areas at 10am tomorrow (Yellow items have been updated):
