New Fiscal Year

Dear Treo Homeowner,

The new fiscal year for the Association begins in December 1st. The Board has approved a budget for this new fiscal year with an increase of 6.25% for residential units. Your budget packet should be out shortly for your review and a newsletter blurb will be included to explain the increase in assessments. Good afternoon,

The rain is already challenging the project to get the Kettner side completed. Since we expect more rain this week and to keep the project rolling we are going to jump over to the A street areas at 10am tomorrow (Yellow items have been updated):

Phase 1– Kettner Lobby 1st Level (Mail Area) TBD once weather is clear

Phase 2-Kettner 2nd Floor landing- February 28th-March 6th TBD once weather is clear

Phase 3-Elevator Lobby Level B-1 A Street- February 28th and March 1st Alternate route must be used.

Phase 4-Elevator Lobby Level B-2 A Street-March 2nd & March 5th Alternate route must be used.

Phase 5-Elevator Lobby Level B-1 India March 13th-March 16th Alternate route must be used.

Phase6-Elevator Lobby Level B-2 India March 19th-22nd Alternate route must be used.

Please note that these dates are subject to change based on weather and issues that may arise during the work. We will pass along information as soon as possible if there are any changes. There will be notices posted for closures. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.



Quick Update

Dear Resident,

We are almost done with the remodel of the 1st restroom and will be starting the 2nd one on Monday, October 2nd. When the restrooms are complete they will be Unisex.

The India and Kettner trash chutes will be closed for repairs on Monday, October 9th 8am-11am.
Please use the overflow trash bins on Kettner level 1 and India level B-1.
