New Fiscal Year  
Dear Treo Homeowner,

The new fiscal year for the Association begins in December 1st. The Board has approved a budget for this new fiscal year with an increase of 6.25% for residential units. Your budget packet should be out shortly for your review and a newsletter blurb will be included to explain the increase in assessments.
