Manager's Messages 
Homeowner Information Needed   New!

 We have been reviewing all the HOA homeowner files and have found that some files are missing the following information:

· Current Contact Info for Owner and/or Tenant

· Lease for Current Tenant

· Insurance Info

We also need to know if you are a resident who suffers from a disability that  will not allow you to use the stairs in a building emergency, please let know as soon as possible. We need to put a list up in Fire Control room that acknowledges the issue, so that the Fire Dept. can take the necessary measures for you in an emergency.
